We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the delicious meals served at the hotel. The food was prepared with creativity and skill, offering a wonderful range of flavors. The portions were perfect, and the presentation was impressive. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to various sports activities in the area. this hotel offered excellent value for the money.

Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Amazing food cooked with pride and love. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful setting and lovely atmosphere. Convenient location for sports activities. Great value for the money. Comfortable hotel rooms. Accommodating to vegetarian needs.

Good food and comfortable beds, but that's about it. the location is convenient for getting around the city and there is free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a relief.
Service was terrible! the staff was rude and unprofessional, especially the person at the front desk who was completely uninterested in assisting guests.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with picturesque mountains and plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking nearby. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi connection. the breakfast spread is generous, including a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. the staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The Wi-Fi can be slow and unreliable at times, requiring multiple logins throughout the stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing and cross-country skiing. The local bus made it easy to access nearby ski lift stations. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, especially considering it was free.
One negative aspect of our stay was the receptionist's arrogance. She was unhelpful when the credit card machine wasn't working and didn't offer any alternative solutions.
